This Violin is made by master maker of over 35 years of experience in Violin Making. A copy of the rare 1735 “Mary Portman” Guarneri ‘del Gesù, this violin is made of aged maple which features a beautiful red and orange varnish on an even medium grained maple. The mellow but dynamic tonal quality and wide variety of tone colors make it a very fine solo instrument.  This Violin has been sold.
