DELIVERY INFORMATION
All purchases are final and no exchanges or refunds will be entertained unless a mistake in our delivery, please report this within 24 hours of receiving your instrument. Exchanges will be made to make good of the mistake by exchanging the instrument of the same model or a model of a higher model from the violin purchased.
Local Orders
All instruments inclusive of violins, violas and bows and cases are delivered at a flat fee of $10.00. Subsequently instruments will be at an incremental rate of $5.00, cap at $30.00 for 6 instruments and above.
Only the BB1 Bow Model has its delivery charges at $5.00
Some Accessories enjoy Free Delivery, at checkout the fee will be calculated and reflected automatically. Otherwise Accessories are sent via normal postage at $1.50 or by Courier delivery at $5.00 please choose an option when checking out.
Please Select Contactless Pick up Options accordingly if you are picking up from us at Check Out.
Please allow 3-7 days for your instrument to be delivered, and contact us directly if you need your item urgently, both delivery and contactless pick up options will be available to you. We reserve the discretion to accommodate immediate and sudden requests.
Overseas Orders
Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for the order to arrive at your destination.
The Shipping Fees do not include custom duties and taxes which will be settled and paid for by the customer.
The Shipping Fees are calculated per instrument (Please purchase a case for Supremo Series Violins), inclusive of postal packaging and registered courier mail services to your destination.
Before dispatch, we will photograph your instrument and send to your provided email address. Please report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.
Please contact us to check on the delivery process at anytime, we would be happy to help you to track the instrument status from the system.
Shipping Fees were calculated by zones by our third party Shipping Service Provider. (Rates are by insturment dimenstions and type and not actual weight.) These will be processed automatically at the Check Out after your address input.
