We started out this piece knowing that it was a huge risk not because we thought we could but because Freya really loved this piece and we could see it would take her to another level if she can muster the courage to play it at a live competition. Through A LOT of hard work and determination, finally managing the entire piece so steadily even with perspiring hands during the actual competition! (She was hot)...I am so proud of her. Though it was surprising that we didn’t win anything as in her category, she seemed to have the toughest piece by a mile but it wasn’t about winning anyway! So happy to make this post about Freya we will try even harder after this ^_^ After all no learning journey is complete with some occasional challenge for us to spur us to a greater moment.
